How does it works?
With our complete coffee service we ensure you no longer have to worry about re-ordering or re-stocking products, keeping inventory control, cleaning or maintaining any of our coffee machines. Our workers ensure that your machines are always stocked, cleaned and working properly thanks to the weekly schedule in which we will attend 2-3 times a week depending on the consumption rate.

If a machine breaks, what can I do?
There is a label on the machine that will provide the telephone number of the person you will need to call. You will be speaking with a real person, so you will be able to discuss the problem easier. A technician will be sent to your location within 24 hours.

If the machine runs out of products, what can I do?
If that happens, you can contact the phone number that will be on the machine and the products will be delivered to you within 24 hours.

How do I place an order for kitchen supplies?
You can simply go to our website (aixascoffee.com), click on the kitchen supply section, and chose from anything you need.

How much does shipping cost?
As long as it's within the Miami area, shipping is free. If it's outside the Miami area, the shipping will be discussed with the vendor.

How soon will I receive the order I placed?
The order will be received within 24 hours.

If I want to upgrade a coffee machine, what do I do?
You can contact us and you and the vendor will be able to negotiate which machine you are specifically looking for.

If I want to place an order but I don't see the product I want, what can I do?
You can simply contact us via text message or email and we'll take care of the item you need. For future reference we'll add that specific product to our website to make it simpler.
